What to Expect

Dr. Pap typically performs breast augmentation as an outpatient procedure in a hospital setting. He uses general anesthesia so the patient sleeps through the entire procedure. After breast augmentation, most women can return to light activities within 7 to 10 days and resume their normal routine, including exercise, within 3 weeks.
